The use of any individual’s credit cards, debit cards, or other payment instruments to purchase products or service
fees on the accounts of any other Coach or Customer other than two other immediate family members (defined as a
parent, spouse, or child) is expressly prohibited. Similarly, subject to the allowance provided in the prior sentence,
each Coach must maintain payment for their own account and may not use a third party’s payment instrument to pay
